Return Policy – Full Dye Shirts USA Sublimated Garments

At Full Dye Shirts USA, each of our sublimated garments is custom-made to order, crafted specifically to meet the unique design and size requirements of each customer. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any sublimated items unless due to bad workmanship.

Please note:

  • All sales are final once an order has been submitted and approved for production.

  • We are not responsible for customer errors, including but not limited to incorrect sizing, or design approvals.

  • Minor color variations may occur due to the sublimation process. These are considered normal and not defects.

  • If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
